Above is the Old Cottage north which contains 3 studio apartments or suites.
The Quinta's five suites of rooms provide generous, flexible living space and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with every room. Located at Parada, a stone's throw from the sights of central Porto, the Quinta is easy to find, there are excellent restaurants and shops nearby and the railway station is within walking distance.
Below is the Old Cottage south which contains two larger studio apartments or suites of rooms.
Dating from about 1750 this old stone building has been restored, modernised and converted in to five separate studio apartments or suites of rooms sleeping up to 10 people. The character and charm of the original rural atmosphere has not been lost with the restoration and inclusion of moderm comforts. There is secure parking within the grounds.
Chãos, pronounced as would "cows" with an "h", means floors in Portuguese and there is much local history connected with the farm.
In Porto, a World Heritage city, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Excellent restaurants abound for all budgets and tastes.

There are golf links at Espinho, Miramar, Póvoa de Varzim and Esposende and newer courses at Amarante and Ponte de Lima.
